this morning i woke up to a stuck lumia 925.. i tried soft reset and the screen goes black. since then cannot boot. can someone please help???

maybe battery died?

tried plugging in the charger, give it some time to juice up, then boot up again ?

its not showing up on my pc.

i dont know if the battery died. yesterday i tried to charge it but there was no indication that its charging. no light on the windows logo. however just now i connect it again, the home button lights up, but its not like its charging where the ligt will flicker.. the home button just lights up constantly.

what kind of problem is this.....

1. try use ori charger and cable, it does make a difference
2. leave it for few hours then try booting it up

I do know when the phone is correctly charging when it is at a 0% battery, the middle windows button will glow on and off while it is charging.

thats as much as u can do if the phone doesnt boot up. if problem persist, have to send to NCC adi.

so i sent to nokia. they cannot fix the phone. Thanks for the suggestion anyway.

once my lumia 925 just went blank just like yours. try pressing the vol down and power button simultaneously will reset the phone.

Soft rest? If doesn't work, try hard reset? So, what did they say?
