I just start to play WoW, and I live in USJ (for now). I am aware that ip 218. is best for any game overseas such as WoW, trickster and etc

I am bless that i can get 218. @ USJ pretty easy but that won't last long for me. I goin to move back to cyberjaya soon.

And as for what i know, some places for example cyberjaya, seems to be imposible to get 218. no matter what you do (flame tmnet by 1300, dc/connet your router/modem/dialer, connect with script but run for 6 hours+ also can't get...)

As WoW is such a great online game and is a pretty expensive p2p mmo, for player that can't get 218. all the time. Can player of WoW state out your playing IPs which still can play the game and your living(playing) location.

I have been playing WOW in Cyberjaya before... mainly Cyberia... my connection was ok as long as my housemate dun play bit torrent. Normally wont over 1K ms ....

But I have already gradauted and moved back to PJ, its not impossible to get 218 ip here... sometimes I restart router 2-3 times can get already.

Currently mine is 218.208.xxx.xxx ... connection very smooth on medium population server. Sometimes at high population server will lag till 1.2K - 1.6K MS

I stay in USJ area and i always try to get 218.208.XXX or 218.111.XXX.XX. The latter is better, getting a steady 300-400 ping when playing WoW even during peak hours. The 219.95.XXX.XXX tht one...really....no hope....always break the 1k ping...

218 is the best ip but for my area 60:48, 60:50 and 219:195 all work very well. Haha, maybe Kuala Terengganu too "ulu" for Streamyx, not many users, so these ip not problem to me.

I'm staying in usj too and 219.,anything for me is really modem keeps on d/c itself

my cafe now ip is 60, sometime 219... can get yahoo 200ms and hinet 90ms.. same like at my home using 218ip..... but my home cannot run other ip.. only 218 faster.. other ip cannot.. -.- donnu why.. maybe office line staybe gua... do u all think?my cafe using 3line.. 3streamyx RM88 still 1 line for 10pc.....

Normally I would connect to 219.95.* and the connection really sucks. Basically, I don't even bother to play if I don't connect to a 218.* ip. I stay in Shah Alam and I've NEVER gotten 218.111.* as some of you lucky people do. I can't complain though, 218.208.* works good enough for me.

I'm staying in USJ9 and the good IPs for me are 218.xxx and 219.94.xxx

219.95 ip sucks real bad

I usually get 60.52.xxx.xxx and get horrible lags.

Best I've seen is 950ms and the worst was 3k (there was this time it was 7k, but once...)

219.x.x.x is hopeless
I get alot of 60.x.x.x in Penang, and it's hopeless as well for WoW (but kinda fast when it comes to BT )

218.x.x.x is the best for me.

im staying in Ipoh.. always get 60 range ip.. but after a few dial i'll get 218 ..

218 the best ping !!! 400-500 ping..

never get 219 b4.. LoL.. but i know got some 60 ip range very good.. but most of the time it sucks =D

218.111 = best
218.208 = superb

ok. 60.51.xxx.xxx & 60.52.xxx.xxx ip is good. if u can get those , it normally give <500ms latency in wow.

what ip range u can get also depend on which area u in and at what time u connect , as in my case, i can only get the 218.208.xxx.xxx ip when i connect between 8pm to 11pm.

man.. i havent tried 218 ip.. was it very fast?

average 400++ms u can get with this 21.208.xxx.xxx ip.

Havent DC from my 218.208.XXX.XXX IP for more than a week. Hope no lightning, otherwise ill have to turn off router QQ.. But quite easy to get 218.208.XXX.XXX in USJ2

Sri damasara can get 218.111 very easily, ping under 300ms.
Ampang can only get 60.48 which sucks big time, talking about 1.2k - 30k ping

kota damansara only can get 60.50 ip at day times and it sucks, totally cannot play bcos you will get DC not more than 3 mins.

The only way can play is get 60.52 at night from 8pm- 12am. This IP is playable but come with some (1-3 sec)lag spike every few minutes.

i'm staying bukit jalil area, always get 219.95 ; hard for me to get 218.208, even i got it will lost in 1-2 weeks time....maybe is power failure or lightning or something....

nvr get 219.94 or 219.95.9x or 60.

now i can't play WoW if 219.95.xxx.xxx.....zzz

Ok... i understand what u guys are talking about but can you guys share how to you switch to other IPs? Is it just the case of disconnecting and connecting again until u get the IP u want?

I stayed at cheras. The ip i found consistent is 60.51.xxx.xx,
others like 60.50, 60.48 just doesn't cut.

I live in Puchong area.. postcode 43100.. I've just started WoW about 5 days ago and been having 300 - 500 ping.. with 400 as my average.. and 290 when I get on early in the morning!

I havent check my IP yet but each time I start my PC and play wow.. its been great for me.. hope it stays this way forever!

using 218.208 ip in penang...nice ping from 300-400...with 1 bt on 500+

What about 192.168 in Penang?

I live in ampang too. Can only get IP 60.48.xx.xx. Best latency i've seen with these IP is 800ms without lag spike. Sometimes you can get 2k++ ping with lag spike everywhere and WoW is unplayable

I think it is somehow depends on the location.

I am staying at SS2, only can get IP from range

60.50.xx.xx or 60.51.xx.xx

60.50.xx.xx sucked, but 60.51.xx.xx can have latency below 500ms

I'm staying in ampang and I can get IPs of 60.48, 60.50, 218.111, 218.208 and 219.95.

Experimented with all the IPs, only playable consistent ping of 400-600 range are only the 218 and 219 IPs. Those within 60 range will have a 1-2 seconds delay and pings above 1k.

But even with 218 or 219, some servers still lags with over 1k pings. Tested some servers, some are consistently smooth the whole day and some will lag as if you are using 60.48/50 at peak hours.

my line in USJ1 getting some new ip for 219.95

the new 219.95.20++.xxx and 219.95.10++.xxx , line quite ok , below 500ms >90% of the time.

Only 218.111.xxx.xxx works well for me for Illidan. Others just lags.

218.111.xxx.xxx works well for my area (Klang Valley). But theres an issue of dis connectivity at precisely 5 am everyday. I am not sure if its my side or Tmnet's side. 218.208 is the second best but I'll have to dedicate the connection only for gaming. Simultaneous "torrent"ing (if theres such a word) will result in lags.

Penang here...can play with below 500ms under 218 ip but with 219 ip sometimes it lags...my latency will shoot up to 5k++ms...

btw i cant even get the 60.xx.xxx.xxx ip....wonder why?everytime i reconnect i only get 219 ip....if im lucky i'll get 218 ip and i will not turn my modem off...

i'm staying in kota kinabalu,Sabah. i'm using 60.53.xxx for Wow it is quit good below 600 latency but this few week i get this ip cant playing wow anymore no idea why this happen!!!! and i get new ip 124.82.76.139 and it is sux 2000 latency..... haiz i cant wowing atm still waiting for Tmnet tech
