What eyeliner are you using now? I find liquid and gel liner works best for monolids.

Draw thicker lorrr. Buy liquid eyeliner and draw thicker. And draw winged ones. It'll help bring out the eyes.

Pretty sure you can draw like that too. Practice makes perfect. Get a cheap liquid liner and test it out first.

Depends on your budget. Elianto ones are affordable and not bad. Maybelline also not bad. Doesn't smudge on my eyelids.

Look around and see. RM25 should be able to get a good one. Eyeliner have to do trial and error until you find the one that you like.

I suck at drawing eyebrows so I just go for embroidery
