Your investment strategy is for flipping? To be honest, under current market condition, not advisable. Especially KLCC/ Jln Tun Razak area. How much is the dual key units? And how much you think can sell back?

what i mean 'current condition' is about the whole market condition. To me flipping no longer the investment strategy unlike back in 2008-2012 time. Especially with your RM1.3mln price. How much you think you can sell after completion? Who will be your potential buyers? How many local actually living in city centre?

I think suburban areas in terms of investment more viable as your target market will be more broader. Location such as Bukit Jalil, Setapak is starting to gain popularity due to its close proximity to city centre and accessibility. Even foreigners nowadays want to live in suburban area!

yes, they have not officially launch yet. i have asked the sales staff, show units viewing only by invitation to purchaser only. the reason they allow people to go in instead of having a closed door event because they have pokemon go campaign.
