haha, very true.

Malaysians either is
1. too poor, cannot afford
2. too rich to buy those < RM500K via cash or > RM700K via loan.
3. middle income group aiming RM500K-700K, but could be struggle to get loan.

normally bottleneck is due to traffic light near the Esplanade to OUG area/ KL Seremban Highway.

but yesterday was massive and see jam towards KL-Seremban highway.

loan issue is the major set back.

if 50% loan rejection, then half of those units with sticker need to get new taker
