normally bottleneck is due to traffic light near the Esplanade to OUG area/ KL Seremban Highway.
but yesterday was massive and see jam towards KL-Seremban highway. |

loan issue is the major set back.
if 50% loan rejection, then half of those units with sticker need to get new taker |
