just my view, although Z & KR is in Bukit Jalil, but the location that SKYLUXE having is much better than that (In term of value and the nearby building makes the different) even Treez location i personally think is not so good. it have to depends on the well doing pavillion 2 to boost the area.

If there is no Skyluxe, i wonder Anjung Hijau value will go higher or drop further~
Anjung Hijau should thankful that Skyluxe will boost the area value higher.

Compare in sotheast asia, Malaysia property is way cheaper than many developing country.
Malaysia have many foreign investor. plus current weak ringgit, i think this attract more people may come.

Many people is investing oversea, this is how the big fish investor doing nowadays. IT IS VERY NORMAL! there is nothing to surprise that foreigner buy Malaysia property. right? biggrin.gif
Im not the expert in DATA searching, if you are one, you can check and prove there is very less foreign buyer in Malaysia property instead. cool2.gif

My earlier comments is to answer to what people always said about Malaysia property is weak. which my point of view, it is not at all. dry.gif
