Heard about this too, but unsure of whether this is a genuine news.
While passing by the construction site, been seeing some construction equipment are there, however, did not see much of progress there.

Also, the acquisition of WCT by Pavillion will be affecting this project to what extent?
What about for the owners who have bought units at The Waltz?

Can anyone comment on this?

As per what communicated to me from the agent, all type B have been sold. And the agent did not tell me about the unit with the Water Tank.

As per few weeks back when I visited the Show Gallery, there were still available units for the smallest layout (850++ sqft).

Amongst all the 6 layouts of SkyLuxe, I like Type B the most, decent and practical 3 rooms, plus the Golf Course View. Superb!
