i heard the devleoper needs to get >xx% of owner consensus before they can terminate the project.

considering waltz and skyluxe was launched at somewhat the same price, skyluxe construction already sampai 1st level i think

Waltz develepor doing charity , give money to waltz buyers. If you are existing buyers, you will be happy enough.. get money for do nothing and project still continue.. lol

if you're buynig for own stay and paying that kinda of money then better not la. might as well pay more to get a higher unit of type B?

Tried staying in a unit 2~3 floors near to the water pump.

Quite noisy at times, but bearable, yes.

Unless you're a light sleeper, then stay away from unit near water tank / water pump.

Base on the info from SA, just left 1+1 now about RM630k after rebate. Any comments worth buying either own stay, for investment in term of capital appreciation or rent?

Base on the internal layout. BlockA--type D1 is the best for me,b because the corridor still able to put something, haha, but do sad, fully sold out

i heard km2 is very high density, few thousands units, many locals are protesting agaist it, therefore, might have some changes. Link2 has nice golf view, but the design is classic berjaya style, skyluxe has nice environment, nice design and conquas quality assurance but is too pricey. Park2 is branded and near to pavillion but again too expensive and too commercial for own stay. Hehe, hard to choose
