I am agreed with your points. Location is the prime factor which belongs to the property appreciation. The market has soften which however, property are just keep mushrooming around. Flipping is no longer there.

The sales team from Skyluxe has just informed that from rm800 psf onwards which i doubt higher price should be allocated for smaller unit. They r targeting to launch on March-May. Out of my concern, what will be the selling point of this project beside location wise (walking distance to BJ recretional park and Pavillion2). High rise project are everywhere.

Any taikor can share pros and cons?

Obviously the indicative price is future price. Skyworld should really take into account the nearby projects situation.

Year 2016 is no longer suitable for flipping game. Property investment is sort of long term appreciation. Rental wise cannot cope with monthly installment especially for new launched projects. We may foresee Bukit Jalil rental or property appreciation, especially with the role as played by Pavillion 2 and Paradigm OUG in coming few years.

Hopefully more commercial in BJ!
