Moreover, many retail units/malls coming up and I don't know how some of them gonna end up. Pavi BJ is huge (a major plus point) but with Paradigm there as well, one can see more malls as a formula for success but I fear empty malls may be a major letdown.

this looks good with nice views of the park in the nicer part of BJ.. 477 units looks like more footfall for pavi bj

Pls dont mislead ppl by saying Low density.. At 470 units over 1.85 acres, its very high density..
Still doesnt augur or help the old anjung hijau salesman. Old not nice mid low end condo cnt be compared with new mid high end condo. |
