One of the unique selling points of this development is the fact that it is attached to a park, enabling its residents to live in close proximation to restaurants and malls but at the same time enjoying the tranquility of nature.  The slightly detached access roads from the main highway, makes the jams slightly easier to endure compared to those faced by the residents in pv2.

You also buy having peace of mind knowing that in the foreseeable future there would not be any developments in the vicinity of your building which would block your view. I don't believe that there are any developments in mont kiara attached to a greenery park of this size and of course let's not even mention the other buildings blocking your view and/or construction sites popping up on your left and right. You can never escape this fact in that location. Btw the jams in mk aren't pleasant either.

Despite many giving negative opinions and keep hammering this project,  it's more than 80% sold, many thought this number means nothing, but it means a lot for a new launching, especially at this winter time of property market. I can understand why many people ketuk this project in this forum, however, out there, many have put their money and faith into this project, which tell us that something is worth or valuable  on buying this, do remember that this project is pricey, I dun believe so many rich ppl will simply throw their money in a dump project. Rich make more money can become richer.

i heard the devleoper needs to get >xx% of owner consensus before they can terminate the project.

considering waltz and skyluxe was launched at somewhat the same price, skyluxe construction already sampai 1st level i think
