Near the park then consider as healthier......okay lor if you think like that....

To me any developmemt along the road, or one road over all are the same consider near the park. After you stay there then you will know what i am saying.

Location wise consider not bad. But if someone look for near tointergrated development pav2 mall then go buy park sky or park2 . Skyluxe to me totally not walkable to pav2. Same go try to walk through the park to the bridge area where ppl quote it very near...lol. see how u feel comfortable or not... lol

Skyluxe facade look okay lar. But to be frank i know this developer skyworld will cut cost hardly squeeze the materials maybe workmanship also abit worry. Try visit the show units, and look at the design , concept planning... or go check v any architect, engineer in construction field...

Good luck in ur purchase... i am not agents and dont have discrimanation to any developer.

High density to me is base on area. Bk jalil really super high density with so many rumawip, skyluxe, linkz, twinarkz, km1, casa green, and more coming. Really not healthy for own stay. Especially those look for peaceful, more privacy environment

No balcony is worth to buyer money and cost more to developer. Maybe developer stupid no provide balcony as big as possible. Lol

10units per floor really not nice as high end property. But surprise that 9lifts serving 10units...abit crazy also.

Skyluxe small units also no view, even big units also bad view. And some still facing direct to west... really bad design of architect after some dicussion with my architect fren.

Car park. Skyluxe 2beds units also 1 cp... more than 1000sf only 2cp.

I am not supporting the park or park2. I just dont like agents over tiup on this. Especially some agents quote themselves only promote good projects but they are actually selling any projects can earn money. LOL

Because they brain washed by property agents whom got many followers. In fact agent got commision from selling the project. Lets say 3% from 600k unit. Then get 18k commission.

This developer founder is very "good". "Good background". Very "ethical" person. Very kind and willing to share profits v buyers. Lol.

The design looks "good". .......

Really lazy to share so much info... since ppl buy it and they will only accept/listen to the good side. Haha.

I believe only those didnt buy will understand what i was talking.

Why not shift to mont kiara, ttdi. Bk jalil is good for own stay now but not after few more years, it will be like puchong soon
