Any owner for skyluxe residence here? did anyone facing sound turbulence problem like even upper unit vacuum flooring, lower floor oso can hear the sound .

Yikes. That's gona be a nightmare. Hopefully this issue will resolve soon. I stayed in r8 before. Same problem. Even door closing on high floors also can be heard in the entire block. Bad echoes.

developer should give all unit with full carpet coverage...else the problem wont solved,...

Actually i talked to the structural engineer, soundproofing ceiling issue is not considered as defect, it is considered building design problem. Developer wont actually do anything unless authority/government question them. If they meet the basic requirement of the slab thickness, then there's nth much we can do here.

even though we are still under DLB, it is useless since this is not categorized under defect issue.Got another lawyer friend ask me to report to jabatan perumahan, and write to developer panel lawyer not to allow them to release stakeholder fund coz defect is not settled (not sure if this apply for this case), developer can only get the remaining 2.5% fund if DLP is over or settled.

Anyone experience people can actually assist on this issue? Feel free to contact me as it seems that nth much we can do if the developer insist on this issue doesnt exists.

There's any law cater to challenge the developer. They wouldn't specifically mention the thickness of the slab in the SPA too. Thus when keys are given out d, even if u complain, they are not part of the defect tooo and they can just say they meet the basic requirement of slab thickness. If any experience people could assist in this case, would be highly appreciated

built quality is impressive. however the super small land size is rather apparent. Carpark isnt very pleasing because it is a split level car park (1 floor = 2 turns) and some comes with tandem parking. Many tenants who viewed Skyluxe vs. The Park eventually opted for The Park due to its convenience despite a higher asking rental.

Although VP and people have been staying here for quite some times, i still see many units without lights at night. Still not completely sold out yet?

dont think this is a good catch. the price is almost the as at Park Sky. It aint anything cheaper than market value also. Great finishing but hampered by the super small plot of land

I would say this is bought at market price. If buyer bought it for own stay, i think still okay wan.

But if buying for potential investment purpose, then a bit risky coz there are definitely better units around this area. Anyway, people must have already surveyed before buying lahh, so good for the new buyer!!! rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif
