Yes, but the adjacent apartment is only like 15th floor at most so high floor wont be affected . You can still have some park view.

One of the property agent told me twin arkz also saw some of them already, but already highlighted to the management.
A bit challenges to avoid , because base on the property agents informations, local Malaysian came to rent, but the tenants are pH.

jalil damai got many PH too, they can pay much higher than local tenants. I dun think they will choose twin ark, skyluxe or Pav2, as there are so many cheaper condo around e.g. jalil damai, anjung hijau, harve, green avunue, z residence etc

skyluxe SA say lots of skyluxe buyers are foreigners & it's came from about 20++diff countries. Is that true? Any local buyers here hear this from urs SA?

How do you define this Skyluxe is the best location of all condos completed or being built, say only limited into bukit jalil alone.

If for me, I feel all abang adik. KM1 could be the best, but facing thick issues of going out to Kesas ( the main direction for most residents ) but convenient when back from KL or Klang using Kesas. Standpoint also the middle of the Bukit Jalil.
