Looking at flyer, those low rise flats will be demolished to make way for this OR all the flats there?

The facade is quite similar to lumi Tropicana. Quite iconic but nowhere near capers/Fennels level.

But the location and neighborhood left much to be desired. I think investors already learnt the lesson from capers that iconic cannot fix neighborhood and if skyworld plan to launch at premium.. good luck to them!

So i guess bye bye to MRT3 interchange station to the circle line here at Sentul Timur LRT. Only left with STAR line. Take note that STAR line is not as hot demand compare to PUTRA line.

Still worth the price without this MRT3?

Skymeridien never sell the project with mrt3 station.

The big question mark actually is whether developer priced in MRT3 premium in the property price.

If no... then not a big deal... may not get "bonus" but will not be ended up like MCity where developer is marketing the Circle Line (with premium at this location) station since 5 years+ ago.

Yep... My friend almost bought Lexa until she went to site, and tried to walk to the station. She mentioned distance wasn't the issue. It was the construction, and lack of proper walkways.

I generally am willing to walk up to about 15 minutes.

Wangsa Maju Seksyen 2 Flats to Wangsa Maju Station takes about 10-15 minutes depends on how fast you walk.

Pelangi Utama Condo Block A to Bandar Utama MRT takes about 20 minutes.

Chan Sow Lin to IKEA Cheras takes about 20 minutes (this was before MRT was operational)

What do you guys think? How far/how long would you guys walk to get to a station?

All your quotes are for low - medium cost apartment

It depends on demographic.
