Freehold VS Leasehold. Selling price of freehold property will hold premium over leasehold property. Example two FH VS LH projects rental market the same at RM1500 monthly, LH selling for RM350k (rental yield 5.1%) but FH selling at 450k (rental yield 4.0%). So it is wiser to go for LH or FH here considering all other factors are equal except for the selling price?

Just a quick search around this area, it seem freehold really not a king, nearby Heritage Condo and Sri Suajaya both are freehold but the appreciation really nightmare.

It's ok, everyone can buy at own preferences, no right or wrong, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. This condo total unit 700 plus, very close to LRT, quite tempting

good statement. people nowadays still fascinated with FH.But sooner or later, they will realize that if they buy KL projects nowadays, mostly are LH. And by that time they realize, LH bcm FH price, while FH property they cant longer buy it due to too high premium.
