Went to the site today via Lrt. not sure if the covered walkway is completed or just left like that. Most of the walkway is muddy due to rain and littered with trash and cig butt all the way to guard house, gross

Parking ramp so small and at acute angle. If u are driving mpv like estima or alphard, you need to have exceptional skill to avoid hitting the sidewalls

If there are cars parked at the allocated space at the entrance to the ramp, this will make things worse
