It doesn't matter u can see the HTC or not
The radioactive wave can propagate even if u cant see it

But boy do Skyworld have the balls to put up this photoshopped image in their promo that removed the adjacent Desamas, The Hipster, Sentralmas, Desa Satumas,
and the audacity to cover up the oxidation pond with trees thumbup.gif

this is the feedback from the sales agent regarding oxidation pond..

//Oxidation pond will be upgraded and currently is inactive, the reason causing the unpleasant smell is the ajinomoto chemical substances at Kuchai Lama, and this factory is going to relocated to Nilai new plant around 2022 because that land belongs to MRT.
while for high tension cable (HTC)
//The HTC is 132kV, safety distancing is 20m, the nearest HTC to the nearest unit of SV is around 50m to 60m, you may choose the unit not facing the HTC.

//ionising radiation has the potential to harm human health and affect the cell atoms to become unusual, so the unusual/affected cell will potentially become tumour or later become cancel, and so thats why we are adviced not put to handphone or wifi near to our bedroom, it is because of the radiation

//HTC is kind of non-ionising particles which the frequency is even lower than hp or WiFi, and have no enough energy to penetrate human cell to cause any health issue, I did survey it and investigate it with my professor from Xiamen University Malaysia..

Regarding oxidation pond, seems like DBKL 2040 plan to do something on it,

but not sure what the SA meant by 'upgrade'

Funny thing is, why nobody protest when this playground was closed off to the public 4/5 years ago before this project was announced?

Why only in 2017 (link) then protest about it?

Now that's a spicy meatball for Skyvogue buyers to know whistling.gif

I have few inquiries these days, overall is good in term of pricing, concept and layout but most of the concern is on the sewage pond to be honest, but developer has mentioned it will be upgrade become something like Pantai 2 sewage treatment plant under DBKL project.
Oh and also the entry is not easy as like usual project, there's no zero downpayment in this project.

The DBKL project draft said otherwise.

No, this is not the one I mentioned. It's not buyer's concern on this.

Yup the red highlighted shape in the DBKL draft matched the one you highlighted
DBKL planned for it to be a bunded storage space, whatever that means.

Bunded storage, hmm...I wonder what that means too.
Thanks both for your replies.

You can ask your agent on this,
Curious to know what is their response.

It's in "DRAFT KUALA LUMPUR STRUCTURE PLAN 2040" around chapter 6-8
