I have few inquiries these days, overall is good in term of pricing, concept and layout but most of the concern is on the sewage pond to be honest, but developer has mentioned it will be upgrade become something like Pantai 2 sewage treatment plant under DBKL project.
Oh and also the entry is not easy as like usual project, there's no zero downpayment in this project.
