Dude have you heard of intermittent fasting.. trust me it will shed those stubborn fat.. goggle or youtube.. update us later.. good luckI like weightlifting and i dont eat too much but stubborn fat always seems hard to remove. Already 2 mths working out after long break (During break i put on poundage FAT). I did HIT and IF (intermittent fasting) ... consistently losing fat... These 2 techniques playing around with your body metabolism and hormones in a safest natural way.. |

Good on you It is just i want to increase the stake... Bloody fat shrouding my muscle definition. I used a simple 30 sec run for 4 to 6 times.. must reach 90% target heart rate.. got my polaris to help me out.. Make sure do some heavy lifting too.. muscles need high energy to maintain thus burn more fat.. Can also use weights for HIT.. but very tiring.. and if you are interested can always try out freeletics.. but I find it boring |

to me, fat burners, carnitine, green tea extracts etc work wonders if you are obese where significant difference can be seen before and after. once you reach certain bf% (imo 10-15%) it does very little in burning the fat

QUOTE(mirzan007 @ Aug 1 2014, 12:09 PM) Good on you Ya im planning to do HIIT Tabata running one day when my weight is reduced, bcoz it leaves some pain on my knee if i do it now.I used a simple 30 sec run for 4 to 6 times.. must reach 90% target heart rate.. got my polaris to help me out.. Make sure do some heavy lifting too.. muscles need high energy to maintain thus burn more fat.. Can also use weights for HIT.. but very tiring.. and if you are interested can always try out freeletics.. but I find it boring For me now weight training seems to be practical but it takes lot of time to see some result bcoz the rate of fatburning seem to be slow.( Well it can be water retention too). Anyway i will update some pictures soon but give me few months wokey... |

It is juz i dowant to take multiple things to serve same purpose, juz little tweaking to increase the rate of fat burning. As you see im going for non-stimulant..... |
