Just like many DDD who missed the boat since 5 years ago. A condo they eyed used to be RM250k, and now it is RM600k. It will be doubly hard for those who missed the boat to commit something which they had the opportunity to by at 50% less. The same story may apply to you in 5 years time |

Instead of rising, I would say stagnant.
No demand how to rise? Loan unable to approve, price is also too high for genuine buyer.. TS maybe too positive due to influence from developer |
