Responsibilities:


Coordinate tender exercises, provide assistance to prepare Sourcing Documents such as conditions of contract, specifications and ect. with full eBidding requirements prior to an ebidding event.
Strategic analysis and identification of the type of eBid that is to be executed based on the type of commodity, category or tender
Requirements:


Minimum requirement of Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical engineering, from a recognized university.
Preferably at least 2 years experience in Civil or Mechanical engineering field.
Customer oriented with ability to communicate effectively with high degree of tact and confidence when dealing with internal or external contact.
Resourceful, approachable and able to work independently.
Candidate must be able to converse and write well in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both formally and informally.
Must be good in MS office. Able to operate Autocad software will be an advantage.
Possesses own transport for travelling purposes.
