You said you work in ad agency? what position? and what company?
Just a worker who make sure to give the best quality to my clients even the difficult ones. Varies company, I jumped to different company.

I just grads, I want to be in the creative business, how do I achieve  the art director, or creative director? How can I be that high position?
You work, like mad, and get peanut pay then u will get promoted, and then your boss will not gives u any pay raise, and your responsibility increase dramatically. If i were you, I don't want to work peanut pay, I rather finish my work and work on my dream. Sorry I am being so negative, life is like that one, always see the positive side, there is people who wants to backstab u, soo u need to be watchful, I experienced it first hand. I want this to make into a movie.
Only if I reach 100k views and web series will decided, then I reveal who I am lo cause I need to pitch to you guys for crowd-funding, I decided all my web series is free, if u want, u can donate me money to eat roti canai. 

you worked in ad agency, is it high pay job?
for some lucky people, yes, cause they have great connection, for me.. no, so sometime I have to folk out some money to achieve my dream, slowly, one step at the time. I am not like engineer, IT, salesman or any other professional people in this forum, who can earn a living by working. Even if I worked 10 years, my salary wouldn't be increasing and life is like that as an Artist. Last couple of days ago, I decided to release Amy story as free material, I do write a lot thought, but were never release, because 10 years ago, there is a low yat member told me I am a shit writer, and so it hits my self-esteem, while other people bully me in real life, this happen only when I was very young.
