Option #3 - Under Good Boss
Are you referring to the CEO / President / Tau-geh of the organisation, or rather your immediate superior? After 6 years, one would have reached a certain managerial position. PS. I don't qualify for this poll This post has been edited by sunbeams: Aug 22 2006, 10:56 PM |

what's the point of having a very high salary but u have to work 15 hours a day, leaving your family behind, no holiday (have to work on public holidays)??????????
the most important thing is the right balance of everything. to me, company benefit is the most important thing. that means less job but good money. |

QUOTE(harrychoo @ Aug 24 2006, 10:17 AM) Dont care the chance for promotion even the boss always insult you ?I would say repect from boss + work recognition. It will lead to promotion + good salary. This post has been edited by say_it: Aug 24 2006, 10:59 AM |
