If you wanna think bout it, you might actually get worried over a lot more things. Tan for example, can be easily related to Chan or Chen as all three names can be one same Chinese word, as how Lee can be related to Lei etc.

With all the scanning and testing plus the years of cross-breeding, I think you shouldn't worry too much though.
