Hi muscle freaks,

I need your help here. I've been noticing for the past one year that my urine is bubbly at times. It's one of the early kidney disease symptoms I assume.

However, when I went for medical check up early this year. I found out that my readings is normal and nothing to be worried about.

Do I need to reduce my protein intake just to be safe. I noticed the symptoms are not visible when I drink additional 1L of water. Dehydration perhaps?

Your input is much appreciated. Thanks.

into the water, but after checking some post in net. I piss on the side, still slightly foamy but things get better when I drink a lot of water.

Any other symptoms that I've to monitor?
