New owner of Mazda 3 Skyactiv reporting in (Actually owned for three weeks, now only come here)
Color: titanium flash mica

My car was bugged with front suspension sound when crossing bumps and abnormal vibration when idling at air cond off. The idling RpM roughly around 600 only.

Sent to SC at Juru Auto City, Penang just now. Was informed that front lower arm bushing need to be replaced (famous among new Mazda 3) and also cam sensor got problem. The SC told me so far got 2 other Mazda 3 encountered such issue. Does anyone else here have this issue?

95% are having bushing issue that's what I know. How about cam sensor issue?

I doesn't jerk. The acceleration is perfectly fine. Just the idling is low and the car vibrates when idle. It disappeared after AC compressor kicks in which brings the rpm higher.

Currently just 3100km mileage

The fella didn't tell me which cam sensor exactly. But they said they will order the parts and will ring me up once reached.

The car shudders under the dash on the driver side when iStop is deactivated and foot is on brake in Drive. It seems to happen more frequently when the engine is warm although can happen after just a few minutes of driving. The vibrations are more obvious when the a/c is off...

Perhaps you guys can try it with both Istop deactivated, off air cond and pull pressing the brake in Drive mode? It has no problem when shifts to Neutral.

And is there any weak whistling sound like "wee..." when press the accelerators?

I found out this issue accidentally in facts cause I got stuck in traffic everyday off from work in Penang

Just a random question, do you guys tint your beloved Mazda 3 headlamp with some headlamp protective film?

I see. I am planning to do so, saw a few small stone chips on the headlamp. Asked the price from SA, super expensive per headlamp. Therefore, wanna ask any recommended shop for doing headlamp protective films. I am in Penang currently.

Send to 3M centre, but where is it in Penang?

May I know which shop in KL is doing headlamp tinting? Workmanship is good?
I may drop by KL some time anyway
