Anyone's car had developed annoying rattling sound already?
Mine is already experiencing tapping/ticking sound underneath the dash. It is a big disappointment! Don't know if it is from internal or external. Sounds like metal parts not tighten and tapping on each other during uneven roads. (Not the A pillar issue mentioned in the TSB) Left car there for 2 weeks, SC cant find the source. Will try Mazda Glenmarie SC soon. Hope can solve, else don't know who else can. |

QUOTE(guilt79 @ Sep 11 2014, 09:47 AM) Yes about the same rpm and speed + uneven roads.I can hear it clearly it is beneath the CD player area. Still wondering is within the cabin or outside. Bro I admire your optimism, how long since you notice? I can't enjoy my car properly now, the noise is noticeable and driving me nuts! At least I am not the only one, anyone else? I finally manage to record the annoying ticking sound underneath the dashboard using my phone.
Phone was placed infront of the CD feeder, sound apparently is coming from that area. Video(sound only) uploaded to you tube: http://youtu.be/WJBYwsBdO0g Please advise if anyone have this same issue? This post has been edited by calvinsn: Oct 2 2014, 01:14 AM |

QUOTE(guilt79 @ Oct 2 2014, 04:21 PM) Not sure what sound. Got 2.. Yes bro. That's the only sound in the cabin that is severe enough to ruin my zoom zoom experienceOne is like "tick tick" sound. I got that sound too and I though it was my door sill because last time, my Honda City have the same sound, after I installed the door sill.. Another sound is like "ngek ngek" sound. Don't know what is that. Is that the one you complaining? |

QUOTE(Vinceyang @ Nov 20 2014, 11:10 AM) Bro guilt, Congrats, mind to share which SC with us? My M3 having lots of noise! Its annoying the shyt out of me! Need to restore my faith as well... Send in my M3 to SC yesterday, update the ECU, change the suspension brush due to noise + fix another noise from suspension as well, fix cable in front dashboard due to noise, fix side passenger seat belt noise. Took 1 whole day to fix, end of the day half of my fuel tank is gone Then on the way back to home from SC, dunno is the placebo effect or not, feel engine more power sound more zoom zoom, no more annoying noise. feel like driving a 3 series Faith in Mazda M3 is restored! |
