Leak Specs? If true then will be good. Quite well equipped even for base model with price expected starting from RM 100k

QUOTE(jeffbong @ Mar 11 2015, 11:00 AM) http://autobuzz.my/2015/03/mazda3-2-0-skya...d-rm119k-video/ I think the pricing for CKD will be quite true. Surprisingly good value at 105k with 6airbags/DSC/Push start/Auto aircond etc(34k cheaper than CBU)read from here:- Sedan mid:- 105k (no red) hi:- 119k Hatch hi spec only 119k not sure if OTR price or not... if the same happen to Mazda 6, Then CKD mid spec Mazda 6 will be RM 125k? (159-34k)? lol http://<link removed>/2015/03/11/mazda-3-ckd-...ay-2015-launch/ |

QUOTE(MNet @ Mar 14 2015, 06:17 PM) mazda 3 CKD quality will good compare to CBU? CKD is normal nowadays.. Even Mercedes/BMW/Honda/Nissan/Hyundai etc all also CKD. I don't see Mazda CBU models any better than Honda/Nissan CKD. In fact i read more quality complaints in Mazda forum than Honda forum. For example windscreen sudden crack in CBU & CKD CX5 that never heard in Honda cars.Sometimes CKD cars can be better if Mazda source different parts that suits out hot weather or suspension settings that better for Malaysia poor roads.worried after 1 year this and that rosak especially the electronic part. Generally CBU cars are better but for Mazda CBU there are a a lot of quality complaints too I'm ok with CKD as my 8 years old honda city never give me any problem . Just normal service and replace some wear & tear parts. Now looking forward for Mazda 3 CKD. I still believe that Japanese Brand will have strict quality control. Wont be like proton..haha |

QUOTE(culain99 @ Mar 30 2015, 10:21 AM) any mazda 3 2.0 gls owners here. how is the rear passenger legroom ? Waja rear passenger legroom, shoulder and headroom is better. rear passenger especially the middle seat is really uncomfortable. am thinking to upgrade from my waja to a used mazda 3 2.0 gls Rear center console is too far behind with only about 18cm space to rear seat..(HR-V about 25cm).Movement from rear left to right is difficult. Your shoe will stuck there. For me sitting behind current City feel more spacious than M3. |

But from most reviews, current M3 is more spacious than GLS. |

QUOTE(jucl @ Apr 5 2015, 08:31 PM) Why is the price gap for ckd sedan btw high specs n low specs (GL) so big? Comparing to others gap are usually not more than 10k. Extra 15k for a long list of equipment & high tech safety features + 18" tires .. I think is value buy.Is the high specs value buy? HR-V low spec and high spec diff is 20k. Only give half leather and still same 16" tires as low spec. and 65% of the sales from high spec. I think most ppl will go for M3 high specs too. |

Finally CKD lauching tomorrow. Was thinking to get the GL low spec but after comparing... hmm really worth to pay extra RM 15k for high specs for:
1 Larger 215/45R18 tyres vs 205/60R16 2 Auto climate single zone aircond 3 Cruise Control 4 Auto dimming rear view mirror 5 Auto Windshield wiper 6 Full Leather 7 Power seat for driver 8 Navigation system 9 Paddle Shifters 10 Auto Headlights 11 Bi-Xenon , auto Levelling 12 LED tail lamp 13 Smart Keyless entry 14 Head up display 15 Adaptive Front-Lighting System(AFS) 16 High Beam Control System (HBC) 17 Smart City Brake System (SCBS) 18 Rear Vehicle Monitoring System (RVM) 19 Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) 20 Leather wrap Steering wheel Is alot! |

Just back from Mazda PJ federal hwy. No blue on display too. Aluminium quite nice and looks big compared to meteor grey.
Waiting period within 1 month. Except for blue up to two months. Overall nice car! CX-5 low spec ready stock. |

QUOTE(ZaiZai1989 @ Apr 10 2015, 11:45 AM) Just went to see the low spec.. meter design slightly different.. No keyless but push start.. headlamp still projector but no daylight.. Ya meter diff. I still prefer low spec meter than high spec that showing the RPM instead of km/h. What i don't like is the manual aircond in the low spec. looks so cheap! 205/60R16 in low spec will be more comfortable. |

QUOTE(T09 @ Apr 10 2015, 05:23 PM) i'm sooo into this mazda 3 but after ytd i went MV to gv the car a feel, somehow im disappointed with the rear passenger seat, is too narrow, this is the only let down for me. Yeah i'm too dissapointed with the rear passenger space especially the middle seat. Plus the seats somehow abit too low and might be uncomfortable for long journey.Rear legroom is worst than some of the B-segment cars. If often fetch ppl, don't think M3 is a good choice.. lol. |

QUOTE(ZaiZai1989 @ Apr 12 2015, 09:38 PM) placed booking today for the m3 ckd low spec grey.. SA say got ready stock.. after loan approve then can get car already.. most probably in 2 weeks time.. trading in my current persona to used car dealer.. Wow good! did u test drive before booking? Many said the car is a bit sluggish when low speed although the 162hp 210nm seems powerful. Low spec should me more comfortable with thicker tyres. I'm still undecided on M3 low spec/CX-5 GL/ HRV Espec... |

QUOTE(ZaiZai1989 @ Apr 12 2015, 10:39 PM) yup test drive dy! honestly i dont feel the car sluggish.. i would rather say it was smooth.. Good! Thanks for the feedback. most likely i will go for M3 low spec too replacing my 8 years Honda City. me too having this feel when i pedal it.. feels like the car is slow.. but when i look at the meter.. ady 100++.. maybe what mazda say about the linearity acceleration is true.. How about the ride? stiff/bumpy? quiet? Need more feedback on CKD m3. Anyway i will go for test drive too when im free. Hopefully they can maintain the CKD quality |

2 times I went to showroom also not many ppl and M3 CKD still ready stock. Seems like the sales not that good as compared to HR-V with waiting period up to 7 months now. But i still feel that M3 GL more value for money than HR-V E spec about RM 108k unless you really need the rear passenger space. Or is it most people going for SUV type of cars..
