First of all, we have not received any official Standing Instruction or Memo regarding this noise issue. We have been handling it on a case to case basis at the moment. Honestly not all cars are affected.

Best would be to drive your Mazda into any service center and lodge a complain. I would advise not to follow any unauthorized method as it might cause damage & perhaps void the warranty of the car.

What is effective for another country might not be effective for ours. Please remember weather, driving style & habits, traffic condition all causes different stuffs to any vehicles.
