anyone know for mazda 3 2010, how to disable the alarm if our remote control out of battery?

I mean like u look the door using remote. Then when you come back to get your car, u realize the remote battery is dead. If I use key to open, the alarm will activate. How to disable it now?

EDIT : Added "3" to the Mazda 2010 to specify model.

From google,

QUOTE
to turn off the alarm, stick the key in the door and turn, it'll shut off and shouldn't go off anymore

Hi all,

Want to ask about your Mazda 3s. The CKD leak got my attention.

I watched paultan's comparison video and they mentioned about the sluggish response? Gearbox related?

How is it for you current owners? Does it feel underpowered? Have to say the Mazda 3 looks real good. Always catches my eyes when I see one.

they do provide an explanation for the abit sluggish response, to help save FC, can refer to autobuzz video review
but u can also use paddle shifters if u feel sluggish

u won't feel underpower unless u are comparing with a golf GTI, got smoked after toll~

I see. I am planning to do so, saw a few small stone chips on the headlamp. Asked the price from SA, super expensive per headlamp. Therefore, wanna ask any recommended shop for doing headlamp protective films. I am in Penang currently.

Guys, how much is the premium that you are paying to insure the windscreen of your mazda 3? I was quoted $450 for the value of the windscreen at $3k. Is this reasonable?

no, claiming windscreen does not affect your NCD, tht is why for windscreen, no NCD discount applied

CKD is normal nowadays.. Even Mercedes/BMW/Honda/Nissan/Hyundai etc all also CKD. I don't see Mazda CBU models any better than Honda/Nissan CKD. In fact i read more quality complaints in Mazda forum than Honda forum. For example windscreen sudden crack in CBU & CKD CX5 that never heard in Honda cars.Sometimes CKD cars can be better if Mazda source different parts that suits out hot weather or suspension settings that better for Malaysia poor roads.

Generally CBU cars are better but for Mazda CBU there are a a lot of quality complaints too sad.gif Hope Mazda CKD will source better parts to solve the common issues in current CBU models. If really worry, still can go for CBU now before sold out but offcourse with a premium of 20-30k over CKD.

I'm ok with CKD as my 8 years old honda city never give me any problem . Just normal service and replace some wear & tear parts. Now looking forward for Mazda 3 CKD. I still believe that Japanese Brand will have strict quality control. Wont be like proton..haha
