last season ramires role was mainly to win back ball oppose to seasons before where his role was box-to-box midfielder.
his new role last season was to win back the ball, and supply to oscar or any trident with a simple pass and make a sensible running forward.
that new role limit his going forward where he is good at and he has to make challenges to win back ball or to disrupt opponent tempo or flow of the game.
i think we should wait for this season if he can adapt to this new role given to him. if he still going retard then it's time to axe him. lol..

No matter what role and instructions were given that does not warrant him to go full retards.

yup...but he still a human. have to consider his maybe, dissatisfaction or disgruntled because lack of freedom on his new role.
hence the retardness of him. lol...
but yeah...if this season he still cant adapt to the new role than i guess he should be sold.
but i think he is a very useful squad member. a good backup and bench player to have. a very good cover to have if one of our attacking option is absent.
