Nothing is shocking... they have the money and they need the player.... besides, Adidas gave them 135 million for the next 10 years for the kit deal.... I am sure adidas gonna regret that.... when will our kit deal with adidas expires? adidas better offer us something like that to renew the kit contract.....     

And not so long ago, they said Chelsea are ruining the game by spending too much on big signings and managers..
