Yes, the system to reload tng at Sam's Groceria Gurney Paragon already back in business. I reloaded on 4/5/15 using HL Wise for RM200. I even apply for Sam's Groceria member card, paying RM2 (wholelife membership), to collect points. Now have 200 points. Every 1000 points can use to buy RM10 items in Sam's Groceria (but I feel things there are pricier than Tesco or Giant). If you go to Gurney Paragon during weekdays(not holiday) and spend RM50 in a single receipt and above, you are entitle to free parking some more, must go to 6th floor concierge counter to redeem for the free parking.

What bills can be paid there? TM bill?

Reloaded RM200 TNG using HL Wise at Sam Groceria at Gurney Paragon on Tuesday, 2nd of June (weekday). Claimed the free parking at 6th floor, the free parking is for unlimited time.

I see, you are without HL Wise card. I have both HL Wise and Maybank 2 Card. Quite sad that Maybank will terminate the 5% rebate in Aug.
