You cannot say that it is improper as you won't be charged GST or rm1 if reload from Plus service counter. And this is approved by government on service charge issue.
If want to reload in other places, don't be a cheapskate.

Tesco Seremban are preparing to offer reload T&G. Now still wait for them to kick it off and ask does it has extra charge or not.

Let see how it goes. If they are accepting credit card payment, it will be bonus. Lose out some service charge but gain on cash back

This is the catch.
If we can use HLB's STUPID to top up the T&G cards and no need to pay the admin fees, we can save rm8 for every rm100 we top up
And I no need to stop by in Sungai Besi's customer service office to top up and after that, need to waive my hand with that card in order not to get screwed by other drivers

Just to update topping up T&G card in Tesco Seremban. There will be no transaction fee when we top up(my bad, forgot to ask what is the minimum amount).
But the bad thing is, cashier with this facility either closed or does not accepting credit card(with terminal but cannot use).
