If you want to reload normally using CC (without CIMB), I suggest you go to the self-scanning counter.
If you want to use CIMB cards, I suggest you go to counter 5, the counter which you can sign up for membership card because you will need to redeem your vouchers from there anyway, so just do it at one counter.
If you haven't registered for any membership, please register first before you make any transaction. They cannot backdate the points after you pay without membership card.
