yeah, always need to involve the supervisor. so, the best is to choose those counters near the supervisor (which is mentioned at post #1).

not all counters can, but most of the counters can. and for faster process, the counters listed at post #1 are the ones near to the supervisor. since must involve him, don't choose the ones too far from him. lol...

tried to reload rm500 at mydin usj1 today but the cashier told me today tng reload down. i asked him to try first but he refused, saying there are 2 previous customers already failed before me, no point to try again.
