i used to reload my tng there every month rm500 last time and never faced any problem using my amex before. now i reload at mydin. smile.gif

as far as i can recall, that petronas kinrara cannot reload rm500 one shot. need to separate to rm300+rm200. but it doesn't make a difference since they charge rm1 for every rm100 reload. so total still rm5 to pay. but now at mydin, it does make a difference. rm500 charge is 50 sen. rm300+rm200 charge is rm1.

for tng reload, i reloaded to my tesco tng card using cc. reloaded rm10 but only rm7.50 swiped due to their tng promo voucher that time.
for tng payment, i paid with my plusmiles tng at cashier counter 26. that's the only counter able to do that according to the supervisor who did the transaction for me.

cybpsych the counter 26 tesco shah alam seksyen 13 i mentioned was not the one at bulatan kayangan, it's the one near the stadium. both are called tesco extra seksyen 13. for the one at bulatan kayangan, i can't remember the counter number when i reloaded there.

the stadium one not sure can accept cc for tng reload not.
but one thing same is that both tesco also need to involve supervisor either in tng reloading or payment with tng.

if not mistaken, each withdrawal will be charged rm5 and withdrawal only available if you are terminating your tng card. need to double confirm.

seems like so far nobody tried reloading tng into non-tesco tng card at tesco with cc.

but i believe should be no problem because tesco accept my point collection using tesco tng card but payment with non-tesco tng card.

actually i know tesco can reload to any tng card and accept payment from any tng card.
but i think i won't try that because if i reload at mydin i can get meriah loyalty points but tesco can't get clubcard points. brows.gif

Just browse at official tesco FB, they are replying only cash are accepted for reloading tng card.

Just have a thought, if I bought the gift voucher with cc and use it for other days to reload the card.

Then I told her I want to reload and when she tried to reload, it showed my card has been blacklisted and cannot reload! Blacklisted, I was stunned because it was fine in the morning. She asked me to check in TnG Hub tomorrow....

I don't know what has happened but out of nowhere, everything just happened after my attempt to reload in Sam's. Not that I'm finger pointing now but it is just too coincidental...

perhaps too many failed attempts prompted your tng card to be blacklisted?

if that's the case, maybe only sam groceria at nu sentral because i saw others who reloaded at other sam groceria outlets didn't face this issue.

Do you get further rebate by using TnG in Tesco, or you mean the rebate from the cc when you topup?
Anyway, I will use Wise or PB VS to topup which get rebates any day of the week. No diff (for my case).
I would use cc on Tesco purchases to get CB instead of using TnG without CB.
And use TnG at toll, LRT that do not accept cc.
Now the other issue is the Tesco I frequent not even accept cc for topup. Sad..

you are right, you may use wise or pbb vs for everyday rebate (if you have those cc).
the only advantage using tng is that you may use it at end month (wise cannot) or when you already max your wise/pbb vs cb.
