Another happy customer here. Bought on 9 June 2014, so far no problems with the Pioneer BDP-450... eventhough is using it not as often as compared to my other bd players.

Glad to know that your customer, hushymushy, have found out that the issue was actually just a simple tweak of his NAS settings which involved allocation of enough IP resources for the connected network hardware.

Hehe... a simple change from "&" to "*" does the trick. The "&" means allocate last IP subset range to only one single digit (0 to 9) which is not enough. Changing to "*" set to unlimited number of digits up to maximum supported by his NAS.
