Land Status is Freehold or Leasehold
With Monorail Station, price will be bench marked to 9-Seputeh but 9-Seputeh has better accessibility right If its freehold, are we looking at something closer to RM900++ psf |

They have to partially demolish tge existing structure right. Doubt the original piling can take the weight if a 40.storey condominium
