Another shopping mall again..
By looking at the news is really exciting.. But then in fact do we really need so many mall.. In OUG - BJ area soon will have pavilion 2 and paradigm 3, plus existing redelopment of Plaza OUG.. plus this.. Not to forget all the retail style concept like Scott Garden, Pearl Point, 9 Seputeh stretch until MV... looks like every 1Km radius will have 1.. Wonder how the tenant survive then |
