tentatively will launch at June 2016. +- RM1k as per the boss said in the edge. hopefully is true .

I think around march. Initial plan, the price start from 1300 psf. Due to market condition and no reputation, price has been revised.

what is the status of 118?

dif location..beside kuen cheng school..in belfied area..550m frm the tower..

why not confident? check out the plan and you will probably be more and more confident. if Saville series come to KL118 also I will like. hehe. but I don't like Tradewind's land coz LEASEHOLD and lower level units will have potential KL118 view to be BLOCKED.

I agree with you. People seems overestimate the market. Moreover, the developer does not have track record in completing projects. What they did previously was to attract investors to inject funding into their projects or sell the land piece by piece. It takes extremely long to materialise.

Just went there to have alook. Hoarding already there.. seems very nice and some machinery doing their job. i was told they initial plan is 1k not sure after rebate or before rebate.

Some guru said this project will be launch soon but 7 year with no news. Maybe can launch in 2023?

The masterplan had been changed for few times, even the design itself. No new update on this though.
