i want to know if there are other options beside razer blade

1. Preferred Brand: currently razer blade 2014, not pro version because too bulky
2. Budget: rm8-9k
3. Usage : image processing, photo editing, GIS, autocad (not sure for gaming or not??)
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: 14 inch (must be light weight, priority!)

I don't think that Razer Blade suitable for you guy, It’s a TN-type panel, meaning the display picture can distort on the angle it’s being viewed.

Since your budget Rm8-9K, preferred MSI Workstation WS60 20J it can meet your requirement.

Hey PiggyD,

Since you're doing photo editing and video editing, i'd recommend going for a faster CPU vs higher graphic card.

Assuming you use Adobe programs, they typically rely more on CPU than GPU performance.

With RM3.5k, you can get the MSI GE60 2PC @RM3,599 or the MSI GE60 2PL @RM3,399

Both have the Intel i7-4710HQ CPU and Nvidia GeForce GTX850M with 2GB GDDR5.
- Supports 4k output to 2 external monitors
- Upgradeable to SuperRaid (GE60 2PC only) for faster storage read & write speeds
- SteelSeries keyboard with programmable macro keys
- Using KillerLAN and supports 802.11ac wifi

And both are using FullHD Anti Glare panels.
