1. Preferred Brand : Any brand except Acer

Hi guys, need you guys help. Yesterday I received requirement from my girlfriend. She needs some xtra stuff compare with my last time requirement.
1. Preferred Brand : any but acer 2. Budget : 3k max. Of course lower the better 3. Usage : Studying purpose, watching movie, working. 4. Preferred laptop/screen size : 14 inches 5. Remarks: 1) 5th Gen core i5 or i7 processor 2) Lightweight: <2kg 3) Touchscreen 4) Can change to few mode by flipping the screen to more than 180 degrees. 5) Will upgrade RAM and Harddisk to SSD seperately by me, so don't mind those two specs.
