1. Preferred Brand : Any
2. Budget : RM6K
3. Usage : Gaming, photoshop, premiere, rendering
4. Preferred laptop/screen size : >15"

Im really interested in Alienware 15 right now, is that worth getting aw15 in rm5999? Cuz i found other brands laptop in same specs but cheaper than aw15 alot. I also interested in Asus G751, but my fren tell me that Asus's laptop is suck, and bad service, really? Msi gaming series also very attract me, but i dun trust Msi, i've no heard this brand before...

I'm a multimedia student looking for a suitable laptop for my college works.

1) Brand: Any
2) Budget: below RM3000 (cheapest possible)
3) Usage: Adobe Flash Professional CC, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobezzzzzz etc.
4) Laptop screen size: Any

Note: I will never play any game on this laptop. This is strictly for college stuff.
I mention this coz the graphics card probably different from gaming usage.

Hey guys need suggestion for my dad

He needs a laptop for librarian purposes. The laptop must be windows as the library program must be supported with windows. He highly suggested that the laptop must be touchscreen.

Anything below 1k will do.

If you play Dota 2 game only, then 740m should be fine enough. But since you got the budget, can get better.
Programming as in what language ? .NET ? Java ? Objective-C ?
I suggest you to get i7, RM3.5k for i5 is not worth it. Get i7 HQ or MQ type processor. I'm a Mobile Developer, I multitask a lot so quad core is better than U-Type dual core.
If you want gaming model, get Acer V Nitro. Current best bang of buck. If you can top up more to RM4k, get ILLEGEAR Z5 (I'm a Z5 owner)
If not you can get Dell inspiron 7447 or similar model. Just make sure it is 8GB ram and i7 quad core processor. GPU can be 840m or 850m if you just play dota 2 only.

Mobile Development requires quite an amount of RAM, my Android Studio and Visual Studio already consume about 3.2GB ram total with plugin installed. And I multitask a lot especially Emulator.

Note: Most laptop now is using BUILT IN battery, you can't detach it.
