i have been deadlifting for 2 years actually .. Elliot deadlift without belt.. so do u think it is better to deadlift with belts or not ? i am at 74 kg now with 15%bf .. seriously, i don know what is classified heavyweight or lightweight now lol.. personal 1 rep max record at 160kg .. sometime 140kg for 3 rep - 5 reps .. but last week i got injured while lifting it up(150kg), that bar was 3 inches of the floor  .. Damn i dont know what went wrong but certainly i lost focus..

we're about the same weight, and deadlifting the same weight too

for the weight that sometimes feels so heavy while other time feels easy to handle, there's alot of factor that can influence it, eg. last night slept well or not, foods before workout, your mind condition and so on, we can just call it a bad day and dont force yourself doing heavier one, attempt the heavy lift at next workout
