Tried it. At most it's 15%-20% more quiet than the noisiest Korean tyres I had.

My size is 225/45/R18, bought it for RM430 a piece, found out Kedai Papan Klang was selling 365 a piece.

Nothing special, except for its amazing price. I should have gone for Michelin PS3 for better grip instead.

No comments on grip. I don't rempit with my car.

I suppose it's alright for its price, you will get better result by using that savings on interior sound deadening. I think that will cut down noise level more effectively.

Hi Mango,
Mine same size with yours. I changed it for RM300/donut, I trade in my new car tire (after 5 days) for RM160/donut, top up 140 per donut

now running for about 6k, so fat so good, quieter than my previous NCT5, may be next round I will try Primacy 3ST which could be even more noise reduce.

honestly.... (imo)
i think this tyre is what as its advertised; u in plane. nod.gif
u run on bumps or yellow cross line...it gave u comfort. softly feel the bumps. but noise is still there....
just like u sit on a plane..got smooth ride...but the engine is still loud. sweat.gif

so comfort is not silent.

*after 2 weeks...i changed doh.gif all those to achilles atr spt2. laugh.gif

After riding on these tyres for about 40k km, below are my comments:
1. Excellent quietness on smooth road.
2. Exaggerated tyre booming sound on rough road.
3. Very soft sidewall.
4. Will wobble during fast cornering (>60kmh)
5. After 40k km, thread still looks good, maybe can last for 30k km more with proper tyre rotation
6. No comment about grip, coz not driving fast. But feels better dry grip than previous XM2

Changed all 4 to this recently, 215/60/16, for RM320 each. Seemed reasonable to me at the time as the price included balancing and alignment, but before GST.

But I'm not one to judge on the noise level, etc, so...

Not quiet at all changed from stock Dunlop spsport 300 it's maybe worse? And hard like rock after 15k
Its grip levels in both wet and dry are alright.. But overall not worth the money I feel because the main selling point of quiet isn't there ..

up gr100. mpv size 205-65-15. quite high price @ rm320 (balancing+alignment+nitrogen+free gift)

start normal rain right after job done. i straight away do stunts and etc... highway heavvy rain the tyre no acting funny.

much wet grip to xm2 that break out corner at 50kph, full throttle or brake.

treadwear 260 will see the dry grip and lasting report

after 1200km it goes well. corner limit is slightly below my expectation. suspect is low air pressure. but anyway better than potenza s001 in another car.

comfort and noise is much acceptable than newly install.Attached Image Attached Image

I just bought 1 set today at ban hooi kapar klang. Available options are Rm280 for 2 years old tyre 2016 or rm400 for fresh 2018. This is my second set & i took 2016 tyre for size 225/40/18. Satisfied for normal drive usage. Back & forth thru KL morning/afternoon 1 hour traffic jam. Once in a while sprint 200kph on hiway.

Pro: less noise, soft wall comfortable & cheap. Hardly heard the sound when you hit the road yellow strip.
Cons: heavy rolling consume slightly high petrol ~50km less, corner attack is wobbling due to soft wall, hi speed is bouncy, soft compound tyre thread doesnt last long. Make sure you rotate, balance & align regularly every 10k at least.
