Is anyone working at Averis Sdn Bhd which is located at Bangsar South City?
I am an accounting and finance fresh graduate and I would like to apply a job at Averis.
But before that, I would like to know more about the working environment, pay, benefits and staffs there.
Could anyone kindly share me here?

Hi, i do received a called from averis for interview, may i know how is the culture or environment in the HR? Thank you

I went for interview last year for accounting assistant which in-charge of journal and ledger and I didnt get the job. Doesnt matter bcos now working at audit firm as audit assistant. It seems their HR is quite messy though and experiencing a high turnover.

I went for interview early this year for the hr graduate program but i guess i failed during the tests. the people looked friendly and helpful. place looks good too but surrounding quite expensive.

I got a classmate went there for internship. The hr keep delaying his/her pay. Seem like bullying intern. however, some people are quite friendly. As I heard, their turnover is very high, so I think you get what I mean.

Wow this company filled with bad responses. Drove a girl to try to suicide at their office in bangsar south. Cant be too good to work here

Hows Averis comp ben n environment nowadays ?

Heard many bad things about Averis especially incompetent management, but it's not from my personal experience so take it with a grain of salt. Averis is quite a big firm though, and they have big clients..

My gf used to work there back on last year from Aug - December, just a short 4 months in the accounts department. The work environment is not that bad, just that the pay was peanut lol. Or maybe my gf is not good at negotiation since it’s her first job anyway. OT most of the time (no OT allowance but meal allowance of RM15). I rather not OT.

Parking with season pass. Overall I think it is okay I guess. No worth to try

I see... thanks for the advise. my recent company also need to OT and with meal allowance of RM15 if work until 8pm. Am not sure how frequent or how late did Averis need for OT to finish the task.

OT quite common in shared services. Somehow easy to accumulate leave and go for long break during non peak / non cut off period.

Came across those don't even offer meal allowance or official time off (not small company yo) but offer flexible hour and can work from home.
