Hello all, just finished the super frustrated phone call with DHL customer service!!!!   

So, basically, what they telling me is MU store online labelled the shipment as "Sportswear & equipment" so custom will check 100% what is that and apply whatever "import duty" or "tax" needed for this category. And the tax & handling fee is charge by custom not DHL (which I got some doubt, I keep question, but the customer service agent just keep say is custom, not DHL).

And then, there's nothing we can do, if we kena such charges, according to her. Because custom will hold the item unless we agree to pay. And with the meaning, custom hold it, means it not "officially" passed to DHL yet. She adviced me, once I got the DHL tracking number, call DHL customer service, to put down the remarks to DHL don't pay the tax and handling fee for me, ask them to call me to clarify. And by doing so, Custom Malaysia will call me (seriously I don't really believe they will really call me, judging by all the attitudes I've experienced with our brilliant custom) and clarify why do I need to pay, she said, I might got the chances to tell custom those things shouldn't get charged and hopefully custom will let it go.

Ya, so this is the "best" DHL can do.
