This is one question which opens up the opportunity to market yourself. You need to personally know where your skills and talents are, and say it out confidently (but not with the 'bragging' tag).

Try not to memorise too much punch line answers, as you will appear rather unnatural, and interviewers can smell that.

just be urself, be what u are, give honest direct replies, do your best and if u dont get employed you're still true to yourself. If u wanna brag ur way in, go ahead n make sure you could do what u claim, or else u'll be butt out before probation period.
and this world isnt too big, ur ex-boss might know ur current new job boss.. and he'd say "Wuahh Tauke Kao ur new employee Ah Beng very very good n pro".
"Sure not Tauke Meow? haha then i very lucky de!"
"Of course Ah Beng very very good n pro at blow-water skills, talk sky land no fight, do no ability no energy". "WTF?!?! *feel siasui n you gonna have a good good time...

Answer: Because with my qualification and experience, I'm fit to this position and by hiring me, you can save your time and cost from another interview for other candidates.

actually when the manager asks this question, its not what u answer, its HOW u answer the question. Its about confidence and self believing.Normally they wont ask this kinda question for an admin post...normally its like posts for marketing and things like that..

i'll just tel my qualities and my favourite phrase-

"Mr Trump, by hiring me, i will be a great asset to ur company and you won't regret of the decision."

after that, work 1 month and leave. xD rclxm9.gif

"You will only hire me because you think that I am the best choice here! And when I know you can reconize my quality and given me a change to perform, obviously I will give the company my best shot without any reserve. I will view this not just an opportunity, but as a life career."

- brush interviewer shoe abit saying he is good enuf to reconize you
- give interviewer a confident that you are not a job hopper.
