Well, my humble and honest opinion
1) don't see a point having two sites, one is where it explains and the other is the actual shop. Maybe you were commissioned to just do the informational site. 2) i think the shop is a template right? why i see lacking in malaysian business e-commerce site is the originality of design. why not make a custom design of all the pages, and work with a programmer to customize the programming. why? which leads to my 3rd comment 3) effective navigation. sometimes, you never know, by repositioning certain things on your website can convert someone who is just browsing around to buy your product. you will have more control on the design and can change anything you want according to the business needs. with a template, i think your business will have to follow the template layout rather than the website follow business needs. 4) the colors are ok... a bit dark, flash exudes the feeling of 'fast and furious', but try not to mix light grey and black, hard to read. if you want, invest in getting fonts which are flash friendly. i think this is a link to it. http://atomicmedia.net/ but netdiver has a whole list of them http://www.netdiver.net/toolbox/design.php their toobox is a great resource for webdesigners. |

My suggestions
1) create a html version of the website 2) blend your google adsense ads into your page |

The colors seem to be dull. And uhmm, the bar that goes up and down non-stop is quite annoying. Overally, everything seems not very classy, and yea, jerky. Lines are crooked, especially the car.
Good luck and keep up. |
