1. WHERE do the products came from?

Our product directly import from Korea, Japan and Taiwan
It is originally imported to their warehouse, checking on the product condition before deliver to me/you.
We are still looking for other authentic beauty supplier from any brand & country, it is good to expand more beauty knowledge.

2. Is the product ORIGINAL?
Yes, it is 100% original. We only sell genuine product. We wouldn't allow any fake product happened as it is being used onto our skin and health.

3. Are the product READY STOCK?
Yes. Most of the products are ready stock unless stated pre-order. We will inform you if it is out of stock and payment is refundable.

4. How do I do the PAYMENT?
Payment can be done via Maybank or public cash deposit or bank in transfer. Please show a proof of payment for us to check before we proceed.

5. When the order is CONFIRMED, How long it will be deliver to me?
Once payment have been confirmed, we will proceed directly with our suppliers and continue with the delivery progress.
Poslaju service takes about 1-3 days delivery to your doorstep. And yes tracking number is included.

6. Can I know the EXPIRY DATE of the product?
You are welcome to ask about the expiry date for each product.
